You deserve to feel connected to yourself, Your loved ones & your Environment
Life sure knows how to test and challenge our abilities, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling lost or disconnected. As a relational therapist, I believe that healing happens best when we feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will build a safe and comfortable space where you can be yourself, without judgement. We'll dig into what's happened in the past and what's going on now - not just in your head, but also how it shows up in your body and your relationships.
We'll explore those intense emotions, family dynamics, and complex feelings that you're struggling to understand and communicate. Processing in therapy isn't only verbal, so I enjoy using activities you're interested in to help you feel grounded and find relief. I can use all the fancy clinical terms, but what's most important is helping you find your way back to yourself and the connections that matter most - with quality time and good company.

Let's talk about what to expect in therapy with Thyme & Co. Counseling:
First, we will schedule an initial 15 minute call to discuss and questions you have, your concerns for therapy and to determine if we are the right provider for you. If we are, we move forward with intake paperwork to gather general information and get you started for therapy.
Second, we will meet weekly, bi-weekly, or for intensive sessions to address your concerns, together and at your pace. We will establish a plan that focuses on relieving your symptoms and providing you space to process and establish skills to help you achieve your goals. These sessions can be held at the comfort of your couch or kitchen (or wherever you choose to log into your telehealth session, as long as there is strong and secure internet connection, you feel comfortable and have privacy).
Finally, we will establish a therapeutic relationship which fosters quality time and good company, providing you with the insight, guidance and confidence to engage in fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
